This cottage is located in a small picturesque village with a grocery store, post office and pharmacy.
The ground floor is designed for wheelchair users.
Enter through the wide front door into the spacious kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge with freezer. On the left there is the larg,e terrace overlooking the valley and sunset view.
The passages on the right leads into the living room with a large table and the sofa area in front of the fireplace insert.
On the garden side is a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower, the WC is separated. The hallway to the left of the fireplace leads to the utility room with washer and dryer.
The hallway to the right of the fireplace leads into the second bedroom on the ground floor, also with bathroom, walk-in shower and WC. The king size bed can be twinned.
There is a third bedroom upstairs with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. On the landing there is still a convertible sofa. There is also a cot.
